How do I get to my customer portal?

  1. Click this link;
  2. enter the email you used to subscribe, at the prompt;
  3. a one-time login link will be sent to your email that will automatically login you into your personal Customer Portal (no password required).

How do I cancel my monthly pledge?

  1. Click this link;
  2. At the prompt, enter the email you used to subscribe;
  3. A one-time login link will be sent to your email that will automatically login you into your personal Customer Portal (no password required);
  4. Upon login, the “Cancel or pause plan” button will appear in the top right hand corner of the Customer Portal;
  5. Click the button and follow the prompts as directed. You are done when the progress bar turns from red to green.

Can I pause my monthly pledge?

Yes you can.
